To help us provide the best care possible, please come prepared with the following:

Bring paper copies of your pet’s vaccine records, or email them in advance to service@paumanokvethospital.com

Complete the New Client / New Patient Form prior to your visit

If you are bringing a new pet, we recommend bringing a fresh stool sample to check for intestinal parasites

We aim to make your visit as smooth and stress-free as possible for both you and your pet.
